ORDERING INFORMATION:

No refunds, all sales final. Sorry. This is a very small company and products are usually made to order, or in very small quantities.  Please be aware of this when you place your order.

Damaged Gooboooks. Case 1. Your order arrives damaged. Take a picture of your damaged order and contact the shop as soon as possible. We’ll work with you on this. Case 2. In this rare situation, your goodbook might come undone (e.g., the cover separates from the text block within 3 months of use). We can work with you on this. If you’ve filled your pages enough to become attached, we can repair and re-bind the text block for you. We do not read the contents of text blocks sent in for repair. Case 3. You have an old goodbook with some wear or damage, and you’d like to send it in to be re-bound. We can do this for you for $15.00 + Shipping.

US customers- Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to arrive (unless you ordered an item that says otherwise on the product page. Some items are made to order and unfortunately take about a month to deliver).   All goods are sent via USPS. Tracking info will be provided to you via email as soon as your order ships.

We usually ship out orders once a week (sometimes twice)- this is not Amazon - sorry!  :)

International orders can take up to 4 weeks and occasionally longer.  Please be patient.     International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders  will be marked as "Goods" - no exceptions.
